Refund & Revision Policy
We stand by the quality of our digitizing and vector conversion. Your satisfaction is our priority.
1. Unlimited Revisions Guarantee
We proudly offer unlimited revisions on our standard pricing packages. If the digitized file or vector art does not sew out correctly, or if minor details need adjustment, we will gladly revise the file at no extra cost until you are completely satisfied.
"Unlimited Revisions" applies to adjustments made to the original artwork submitted. If you wish to completely change the logo, artwork, or introduce entirely new structural elements after the work has begun, it will be treated as a new order rather than a revision.
2. Digital Services & Refunds
Because EmbroBeat provides custom digital design services, our products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. Therefore, once the exact requirements are met, the final files are approved, and the digital download is completed, we generally do not offer full refunds.
Instead of a refund, we leverage our unlimited revisions policy to fix any issues with the file. Our team will work with you until the file performs flawlessly on your machines.
3. Eligibility for a Refund
While rare, there are specific circumstances where a full refund will be issued:
- Inability to complete: If we determine that your artwork is impossible to digitize or vectorise to an acceptable standard and we cancel the order before work begins.
- Accidental duplicate orders: If you accidentally place and pay for the exact same order twice.
- Major failure: If after multiple revisions we are entirely unable to make the design sew out to an acceptable industry standard, a refund may be granted at management's discretion.
4. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
